Why We’re Different

Why We’re Different

Why We’re Different

Beyond Translation

Most current services only provide basic interpreting or language substitution. We go further by offering multilingual, visual, and culturally relevant education tailored to the patient’s learning style — ASL, Spanish, visual learners, and plain-language formats.

Hybrid Delivery Model

  • Current services: Usually onsite or virtual, often with limited flexibility.

  • Our model: A hybrid system — onsite interpreters and translators plus virtual video content, captioned guides, and customizable resources for facilities.

Custom Content Creation

We don’t just interpret what already exists — we build custom health education content around the top 20 prescribed medications and top 20 diagnosed conditions, ensuring patients receive the exact information they need in their language and format.

Inclusive for Visual Learners

Visual learners are often left behind by traditional interpreting/translation. Our materials use graphics, step-by-step visuals, and plain language to ensure full comprehension.

Economic Value

  • Current services: Costly, reactive, and often limited to interpreting per-visit.

  • Our approach: Proactive, subscription-based, and cost-effective — reducing repeated visits, miscommunication errors, and liability risks for facilities.

Cultural Competence

Our team includes Deaf professionals, CODAs, interpreters, and translators who bring lived experience, not just technical skill. That means patients trust us more, and facilities meet compliance with cultural sensitivity.

 Innovation + Compliance

We combine ADA compliance with medical innovation — video libraries, on-demand support, and branded content — giving facilities a modern tool to increase patient satisfaction and retention.
